Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative operations including document processing, record maintenance, and office supply procurement
- Coordinate financial activities including expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring
- Facilitate communication between cinema sites, vendors, and internal departments
- Support operational planning through data collection, reporting, and process optimization
- Oversee vendor relationships and procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Assist in event coordination and administrative support for special screenings
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and financial coordination
