In this role, you will work closely with the management team to ensure that all operational procedures are followed efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing inventory, and supporting both the front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of the D'Laksa food stall or outlet to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including raw materials and dry goods, to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of food items and supplies.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards in the workspace and preparation areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and resolving complaints professionally.
- Support administrative tasks such as daily sales reporting, stock checking, and paperwork.
- Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational or food service role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards are a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily targets.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management and data entry.
