- Manage end-to-end tour operations from booking to completion
- Coordinate and negotiate with Chinese travel agents and partners

Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years in tour operations or hospitality coordination
- Proven negotiation experience with international partners
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in tour management software and MS Office
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism products and attractions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field preferred
