Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and interactive English lessons tailored to students' proficiency levels.
- Manage daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and security checks.
- Handle administrative tasks such as student enrollment, attendance tracking, and filing.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized learning environment for students.
- Assist in marketing and promoting English Cafe programs to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and visitors to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to organize special events or workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (English Education is a plus).
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with a clear accent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, and POS systems).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
