Join Micron Semiconductors as an Operational Excellence Engineer and drive transformative improvements in our advanced manufacturing ecosystem. This critical role combines data-driven analytics with lean methodologies to optimize equipment performance, eliminate waste, and elevate production efficiency. You'll spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across semiconductor fabrication processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement standardized solutions that enhance yield, reduce costs, and accelerate innovation.
In this position, you'll leverage statistical analysis to identify performance bottlenecks, develop predictive maintenance strategies, and deploy Six Sigma methodologies to resolve chronic operational challenges. You'll champion a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring teams on lean principles, establishing KPI frameworks, and creating visual management systems. Your impact will directly contribute to Micron's leadership in semiconductor technology through systematic operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze manufacturing equipment data to identify performance gaps and implement data-driven optimization solutions
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping
- Develop and deploy continuous improvement projects targeting OEE, yield enhancement, and cost reduction
- Create standardized work instructions and SOPs to ensure operational consistency
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving workshops using root cause analysis techniques
- Monitor and report on KPIs to drive accountability and measure improvement impact
- Train production teams on operational excellence methodologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years experience in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, or process improvement
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum) or equivalent quality methodology
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Minitab) and statistical methods
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Experience with change management and cross-functional team leadership
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis methodologies
