Join Kossan's leadership team as an Operational Excellence Manager to revolutionize our manufacturing operations. - Develop and implement comprehensive operational excellence programs aligned with business objectives
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting KPI enhancement and manufacturing efficiency
- Design sustainable factory management systems ensuring operational reliability and compliance
- Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and drive data-based decisions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective action plans
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for seamless process integration
- Report on initiative effectiveness and present improvement roadmaps to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operational excellence within manufacturing environments
- Professional certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt/Master Black Belt) or Lean Manufacturing
- Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement programs with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Expertise in KPI development, OEE optimization, and waste reduction methodologies
- Excellent leadership abilities with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Familiarity with ISO/OHSAS standards and regulatory compliance frameworks
