As an Operational Excellence Officer at Oneject, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop implementation strategies, and measure the impact of your initiatives. Your proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspace tools will enable you to analyze data effectively, create compelling presentations, and drive data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all operational areas
- Develop, document, and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and procedures
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies through systematic process mapping and value stream analysis
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies
- Train and coach employees on operational excellence principles and best practices
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process improvements
- Utilize Microsoft and Google Workspace tools to analyze data, create reports, and present findings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or similar role
- Proven expertise in implementing 5S methodology and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and value stream analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to train and coach others
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
