We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operational Excellence Superintendent to lead our mining operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing complex processes, and enhancing cost efficiency across the entire site. You will serve as a key leader, collaborating closely with site management to implement Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools that ensure sustainable growth.
Your primary focus will be on transforming operational workflows to maximize productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and utilize data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and eliminate waste. By fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, you will help the organization achieve its production targets and operational goals in a competitive market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma strategies to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
- Conduct rigorous root cause analysis and regular process audits to identify inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with site management to formulate strategies for cost reduction, resource optimization, and capital efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations across all operational activities.
- Manage capital projects and process changes, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentor operational teams and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the mining sector, with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Professional certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex operational projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
