The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site staff, maintaining facility standards, and optimizing operational workflows to drive guest satisfaction and business profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all daily villa operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure that all guest arrivals, departures, and stays meet our stringent hospitality quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational protocols to streamline workflows and reduce overhead costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with a high degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Monitor and maintain the physical condition of the property, coordinating repairs and maintenance as required.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and operational audits for property management review.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and security regulations.
- Train and mentor staff members to foster a culture of service excellence and team development.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in villa management, hotel operations, or premium hospitality services.
- Proven track record of effective team leadership and personnel management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, "hands-on" approach to operations.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A deep understanding of the local Sleman/Yogyakarta tourism landscape.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the industry.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic office software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining property aesthetic standards.
