In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operational tasks are executed smoothly and efficiently in strict accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will play a key part in maintaining high service standards, managing staff performance, and optimizing workflows to enhance the overall guest experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure seamless service delivery and a welcoming environment for guests.
- Implement and enforce company SOPs across all departments to maintain consistency and quality.
- Manage and train staff, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, and resolving conflicts.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and control operational costs effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong understanding of operational management, workflow optimization, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic operational software.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
