Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operational activities including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards
- Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and quality control measures
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless retreat logistics
- Monitor budget performance and implement cost optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive operational management experience in hospitality
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in resort/retreat settings
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Expertise in implementing quality control systems and operational best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; cultural sensitivity essential
