Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the overall operational activities of the business unit.
- Implement efficient strategies to streamline retail processes and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise team members to ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and procurement processes to prevent stock-outs.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and company-specific regulatory requirements.
- Analyze operational performance data to produce actionable reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other department heads to integrate business processes and improve customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational management role, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and inventory management software (ERP).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- A deep understanding of retail market dynamics and customer service excellence.
