Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management within hospitality/food service
- Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
- Advanced budget management and financial planning capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
