Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations across designated outlets in Jakarta and Surabaya.
- Manage, train, and mentor outlet staff to ensure high-quality service and performance standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, supply chain, and cost control to maximize outlet profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all locations.
- Analyze sales performance data to drive growth and suggest improvements for menus or promotions.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain a positive brand reputation through excellent problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operational management or supervisory role within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Willingness and ability to be based in or travel between our outlets in Jakarta and Surabaya.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of F&B profit and loss (P&L) management and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive 'hands-on' approach to management.
- Relevant educational background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
