- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to increase market share for both ride-hailing and food delivery services.
- Lead and mentor local teams to foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Oversee financial optimization strategies, including budget management and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify trends, mitigate risks, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Ensure full adherence to local legal and industry compliance standards for transportation and food delivery services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to launch local campaigns that drive brand awareness and user retention.
- Manage daily service logistics to ensure seamless delivery and ride-hailing experiences for our users.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, tech, or delivery services.
- Proven track record of scaling business operations and meeting aggressive growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools and reporting.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and managing diverse teams.
