Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong background in financial planning, budget management, and strategic analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate teams.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with rideshare or food delivery operations is a distinct advantage.
