Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across appliance sales, warehousing, distribution, installation, and after-sales service
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics to prevent stockouts and optimize storage
- Coordinate installation teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and improve after-sales service processes including warranty management and customer support
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational management, preferably in appliances or retail sector
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics coordination
