Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor daily store operations and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and mentor floor staff and department heads to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and supply chain replenishment cycles.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs without compromising service quality.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and internal corporate policies.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to prepare actionable insights for upper management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 30 years of age, demonstrating maturity and leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree (D-III or S1) in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, warehouse management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and achieving operational KPIs.
- Exceptional integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, POS systems, inventory management software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Willingness to travel across Jabodetabek for multi-site coordination.
