Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and a deep understanding of luxury resort operations? PT Nandava Consultants is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Manager to oversee daily resort operations in the beautiful area of Tabanan, Bali.
As an Operational Manager, you will be the driving force behind the resort's performance, ensuring guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team synergy. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can maintain high standards of service while optimizing resort functionality. You will play a critical role in managing the resort's assets, overseeing staff performance, and implementing strategic improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in one of Bali's most serene and sought-after locations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Manage and mentor resort staff, fostering a culture of hospitality excellence and professional development.
- Monitor resort performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities, grounds, and infrastructure.
- Oversee guest relations, addressing feedback proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement processes to optimize operational costs without compromising quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of Bali's hospitality landscape and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in hotel management software and office suites.
