Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for excellence? Orchid Florist & Decoration is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operational Manager to lead the daily operations for our prestigious dining establishments: ONNI House Jakarta and ONNI Garden House.
In this high-impact role, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant operations. We are looking for an experienced leader who can seamlessly blend operational efficiency with the premium guest experience that our brand is known for. You will oversee everything from service quality and team management to financial performance and inventory oversight. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily restaurant operations for ONNI House Jakarta and ONNI Garden House.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule service and kitchen staff to ensure peak performance and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless service delivery and handling guest feedback proactively.
- Monitor and manage inventory, procurement, and cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Implement and enforce strict hygiene, safety, and health regulations across all outlets.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding sales, labor costs, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Operational Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role within the FnB industry (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory management, and cost-control techniques.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a professional demeanor and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's competitive dining market and current food and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of handling the demands of a high-traffic restaurant environment.
