Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational activities ensuring seamless tour and travel service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hotels, transport providers, and tourism stakeholders
- Manage team performance through training, mentorship, and performance optimization
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for integrated service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years in operational management within travel/hospitality
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff development
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Deep knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and industry trends
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in operational management software and CRM systems
