You will be responsible for monitoring daily operational metrics, maintaining compliance with safety and health regulations, and implementing strategic improvements to drive profitability and operational stability. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily F&B operational workflows to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Manage and mentor floor staff to ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.
  • Analyze daily sales reports and operational costs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards (HACCP/local regulations).
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline the ordering process.
  • Prepare weekly operational performance reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of F&B inventory management and cost control systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and operational efficiency.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
