Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B operational workflows to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage and mentor floor staff to ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.
- Analyze daily sales reports and operational costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards (HACCP/local regulations).
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline the ordering process.
- Prepare weekly operational performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of F&B inventory management and cost control systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and operational efficiency.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
