- Manage and optimize outsourcing vendor relationships to ensure service level agreements are consistently met
- Develop and implement strategic outsourcing frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Monitor vendor performance through KPI analysis and regular audits
- Lead contract negotiations and renewal processes while maintaining compliance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align outsourcing services with departmental needs
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for outsourcing operations
- Stay current with industry trends to recommend innovative outsourcing solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outsourcing management or vendor coordination
- Proven track record of managing SLAs and performance metrics
- Strong contract negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
