In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process of non-standard items, heavy machinery, specialized equipment, and complex industrial services.
As an Operational Procurement Sr. Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operational requirements are met with maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and our vendor network, negotiating terms that drive value, quality, and reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for non-standard industrial items, heavy machinery, and specialized services.
- Conduct thorough market research and supplier evaluation to ensure high-quality sourcing at competitive prices.
- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors to optimize the company's total cost of ownership.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and maintenance teams to define technical requirements for equipment procurement.
- Monitor vendor performance, lead times, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage purchase orders, documentation, and contract renewals in accordance with company procurement policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks associated with specialized industrial components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and procuring non-standard equipment and industrial services.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
