- Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans for new projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all resources, equipment, and personnel are prepared for launch.
- Conduct thorough training sessions and workshops for staff to maximize efficiency and safety compliance.
- Monitor operational workflows and identify potential bottlenecks or risks before they impact the project.
- Manage logistics, including travel arrangements, on-site coordination, and vendor relations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track readiness levels and operational success.

- Proven experience in operational management or project readiness within the hospitality or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
