Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff to optimize performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct daily briefings and training sessions to maintain team morale and service consistency.
- Prepare operational reports and participate in performance meetings with management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the F&B industry, preferably in a high-traffic restaurant or BBQ concept.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of P&L basics and restaurant cost control.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Bali and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the tourism/hospitality sector.
