Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT governance frameworks and operational risk management strategies.
- Lead regular audits to ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate information security controls to safeguard organizational data assets.
- Prepare detailed regulatory reports and provide actionable insights to senior management regarding risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk awareness into project lifecycles and business processes.
- Manage incident response protocols and ensure business continuity plans are up to date.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining strict compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Operational Risk, IT Governance, or Compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of ISO 27001, COBIT, or other relevant IT governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into manageable operational requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
