Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily sales orders accurately and efficiently into the system.
- Oversee the daily packing process, ensuring strict Quality Control (QC) standards are consistently met.
- Conduct regular stock opname and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of products.
- Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, returns, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of transactions, shipping documents, and inventory reports.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline operational workflows and improve turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operational Admin, Sales Admin, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling after-sales interactions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management systems or e-commerce platforms is highly advantageous.
