Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily operational workflows to ensure seamless supply chain and procurement activities.
  • Engage with clients to promote building material products and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage basic accounting documentation, including invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors and internal departments regarding order statuses.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and financial reconciliations.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Maximum age of 24 years old.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially for accounting and administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
