Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between local store management and headquarters, utilizing Mandarin for clear and efficient communication.
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and corporate policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking processes, and manage supply chain logistics to maintain stock availability.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions for local staff, ensuring they are well-versed in standard operating procedures and service excellence.
- Prepare regular operational reports in both Mandarin and Indonesian for regional management review.
- Assist in the execution of store marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) and Indonesian is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse team dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail management software.
- Ability to travel as required to support store operations across Kalimantan/Makassar regions.
