In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling your section to achieve production targets strictly in line with SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale) principles. You will commit to and support the overall implementation of our Management System, ensuring a seamless and efficient production flow. Your daily tasks will involve meticulous assembly work, problem-solving on the line, and close collaboration with team members to maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and control the production assembly section to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets in accordance with SQCDM principles (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale).
- Perform assembly tasks accurately according to technical drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct quality checks on assembled components and finished units to ensure they meet Perodua's stringent quality standards.
- Identify and report any abnormalities, defects, or equipment malfunctions to the line leader or supervisor immediately.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement activities (Kaizen) to enhance productivity, efficiency, and workplace safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Actively participate in safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and mandatory training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and handover between different production stages.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / SPMV / Certificate or equivalent with a pass in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly line is an added advantage.
- Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Possess a strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work in Serendah, Selangor and relocate if necessary.
