Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
- Manage the effective implementation of Engineering Change Instructions (ECI) within the production line.
- Conduct regular process audits to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and supply chain, to optimize material flow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of production metrics for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols in the production environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production control environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and shop floor operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle shifting priorities.
- Willingness to be based in Serendah, Selangor and work according to operational shift requirements.
