Join Google's cutting-edge security team as an Operational Technology Security Technical Program Manager and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our global infrastructure. In this critical position, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security programs that protect our data centers and operational technology environments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and product development to ensure security is integrated into every aspect of our infrastructure lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive security programs for Google's data centers and operational technology environments
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute security initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Design and deploy security controls to protect critical infrastructure and systems
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential security threats
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into system design and development
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, coordinating with incident response teams as needed
- Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies, adapting security programs accordingly
- Report on security metrics and program effectiveness to stakeholders and leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in security program management, with at least 3 years in operational technology or data center security
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
- Experience with security technologies and tools specific to operational technology environments
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex security programs
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are highly desirable
- Experience in a large-scale, global technology environment is preferred
