Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement detailed tour itineraries aligned with client preferences and operational constraints
- Manage administrative documentation including permits, bookings, and compliance records
- Monitor tour execution in real-time to ensure quality standards and safety protocols
- Resolve operational challenges through creative problem-solving and quick decision-making
- Coordinate with vendors, guides, and internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Analyze tour performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and service recovery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in tour operations or travel coordination
- Proficiency in itinerary planning and travel management software
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional field visits
