As an Operations & Admin Support specialist, you will gain hands-on experience in managing inventory, streamlining sales administration, and coordinating daily tasks that drive our growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily inventory levels, including stock tracking, reporting, and organizing warehouse logistics.
  • Handle end-to-end sales administration, including processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining customer records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational workflows are executed according to company standards.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and administrative documentation with high accuracy.
  • Support the management team with daily operational reports and performance tracking metrics.
  • Assist in the procurement process, including communicating with suppliers and verifying incoming shipments.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient administrative support for all service-related inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administration, retail operations, or inventory management is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
