About the Role
As an Operations Analyst, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. You will take ownership of demand fulfilment, ensuring production targets are consistently met on time. You will manage end-to-end inventory control, balancing cost optimization with service level requirements. collaborating closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams, you will analyze operational data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and implement robust process improvements aligned with quarterly business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage demand fulfilment activities to ensure on-time delivery in strict alignment with quarterly business targets.
- Oversee inventory management for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize carrying costs while maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Logistics, Sales) to synchronize supply plans and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate actionable insights, forecast accuracy reports, and inventory turnover analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning, scheduling, and inventory control using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Participate actively in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align supply capabilities with market demand fluctuations.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all operational activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations analysis, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proven data-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or APICS/CPIM certification is highly advantageous.
- Meticulous organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
