Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Analyze complex financial data sets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and support system implementations.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to compliance standards, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Manage end-to-end documentation for operational procedures and project milestones.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new software updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an operations, analytical, or financial services role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Familiarity with banking software or CRM platforms is a significant advantage.
