Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in data analysis or reconciliation within banking/financial services
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and regulatory compliance
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to detect subtle data inconsistencies
