Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze shop-floor production data to identify variances, cost drivers, and efficiency gaps.
- Collaborate with department heads to reconcile operational output with financial budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports that translate complex operational data into actionable management insights.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies within the manufacturing cycle.
- Support the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast processes.
- Audit operational workflows to ensure data integrity and compliance with financial controls.
- Partner with leadership to drive data-informed decision-making that enhances overall margins.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, financial planning, or production controlling.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean methodology is highly advantageous.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
