You will play a pivotal role in monitoring performance metrics, streamlining operational workflows, and ensuring that our luxury and lifestyle brands maintain the highest standards of service. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze regional operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities for hotels in Indonesia and Malaysia.
- Collaborate with hotel general managers and regional department heads to implement standardized operational procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting KPIs such as RevPAR, guest feedback, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and audit compliance with brand standards and regional operational protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and periodic re-forecasts for the cluster.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer satisfaction metrics to recommend enhancements to the guest experience.
- Support cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing supply chain and procurement efficiencies within the region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations analysis, financial planning, or business consulting role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Malay is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of hotel management KPIs and regional market dynamics in Southeast Asia.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and travel regionally as required.
