Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily operational workflows and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making regarding operational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff on operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations analysis, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
