- Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis and continuously monitor competitor strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
- Manage, organize, and analyze daily sales data to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management for travel packages, ensuring availability and accurate tracking.
- Handle essential operational administration to ensure smooth and efficient daily workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize travel offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Generate regular, detailed reports on market trends, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Travel Agent, or in a similar operational role within the travel/tourism industry.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, CRM software, and inventory management platforms is highly desirable.
