Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market pricing and competitor strategies to ensure optimal service offerings.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and inventory records to prevent overbooking and optimize stock levels.
- Oversee daily operational administration, including vendor communications and internal reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of travel packages and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations analysis, data management, or the travel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
