As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our internal processes, managing key vendor relationships, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. You will act as the central point of contact for various stakeholders, coordinating between departments to align on goals and deliverables. Your ability to anticipate needs and solve problems will be key to your success in this position.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations and administrative functions of the office to ensure smooth business continuity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners to drive revenue growth and collaboration opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, track expenses, and handle procurement processes efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local legal requirements.
- Support the HR department with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for increased productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management or administrative leadership.
- Strong track record of managing B2B partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small team effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
