As a key leader in our hospitality team, you'll implement best practices in inventory management, staff training, and process optimization. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and service standards
  • Conduct rigorous inspections of raw materials, production processes, and final products
  • Implement and maintain food safety protocols (HACCP) and hygiene regulations
  • Manage staff performance through training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain logistics
  • Resolve customer complaints and implement service recovery procedures
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations management
  • Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
  • Certification in food safety management (HACCP/ServSafe)
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems
