Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure seamless office workflow and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry and documentation management.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and operational logs accurately.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries and coordinate basic scheduling requirements.
  • Monitor and manage inventory or supply needs to support team requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for operational process improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Relevant experience in an administrative or operations support role is an advantage.
