Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily airfreight import operations from booking to clearance
- Ensure timely customs clearance and regulatory compliance
- Maintain real-time shipment visibility through tracking systems
- Coordinate with airlines, customs, and clients for smooth operations
- Process and verify import documentation (AWB, commercial invoices, etc.)
- Resolve operational delays and shipment discrepancies
- Support inventory management and cargo handling procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in airfreight operations or logistics
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail with document processing abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
