Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee bus stop operations to ensure orderly passenger boarding and alighting.
- Monitor passenger flow during peak hours to maintain safety and efficiency standards.
- Assist commuters with inquiries regarding routes, schedules, and fare policies.
- Ensure that bus stop areas are clean, safe, and free from obstructions.
- Coordinate with bus drivers and dispatchers to report real-time traffic or boarding updates.
- Maintain daily operational logs and submit shift reports to the operations manager.
- Implement crowd control measures and provide crowd management assistance during high-volume periods.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or possess a Vocational Diploma.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Cebuano.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or busy environments.
- Basic knowledge of office software or willingness to be trained on log reporting tools.
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Physical capability to stand for long durations and work in outdoor terminal environments.
