Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operational activities to ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement requests to prevent stockouts.
  • Provide support to service staff during peak hours to maintain high service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation standards of the cafe and service areas.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and assist the management team with administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience in F&B operations or hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Good command of English to interact with team members and guests effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools for inventory or scheduling (e.g., POS systems, Excel).
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
