The Role: Operations Assistant (Food Court)
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at SM Nuvali Santa Rosa. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the food court, ensuring that operations run smoothly, tenants are supported, and customers enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. As an Operations Assistant, you will bridge the gap between mall administration, food court tenants, and our valued shoppers. Your daily efforts will directly impact the overall atmosphere and commercial success of the dining area, making every visit a memorable one for our patrons.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily food court operations to ensure compliance with mall standards and policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, common facilities, and tenant stalls to maintain peak cleanliness and sanitation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for food court tenants regarding maintenance, operational issues, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure all safety and health protocols are strictly implemented by staff and tenants alike.
- Coordinate with the engineering and housekeeping departments for immediate repairs or maintenance needs.
- Assist in the implementation of mall-wide marketing events and food court-specific seasonal promotions.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly operational reports for the Mall Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage, retail operations, or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle various personalities and difficult situations calmly.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be a resident of Santa Rosa, Laguna, or nearby areas for ease of commute.
